Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I am very disappointed and was drove to tears with the services rendered. I was given an appointment two months after making the initial call this month and waited an entire hour! With no regard and/or further acknowledgement from the staff who cackled on as if on a lunch break. I decided to tap the glass for assistance and overheard a clerk take a call from Dr. Sigman then relay the message to the office that “he’d like to get something to eat, therefore can any patients be rescheduled for about an hour”. I am so upset when asked “Would I like to go shop at TJ Maxx (which is in the vicinity of your office) or run errands for about an hour because the surgeon is running behind schedule?” The office staff’s customer service was horrible! The women working there were inconsiderate, showed no regard, compassion, or sensitivity for patients considering surgery not to mention wasted time and effort. I DO NOT recommend this practice to anyone.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Yes they sent me plenty of informational material before my consultation

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Yes, they answered my call right away

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
