I always schedule my appointments for the early morning because of my work schedule. I have never had a problem with long waits in either the waiting room or the exam room. Dr. Shelly is attentive and kind. She sits with you and asks questions before and after the exam - both the standard health type questions and the more personal whats new, how's life been type things. She makes you feel comfortable and does not talk down to you while she is dicussing your health and her findings - an issue I have had with past doctors. The receptionist is effcient and extremely polite. All in all, I love going to the doctor - who would have guessed.
