Dr. Cass has been a Godsend for both of my children.

My oldest has a tic disorder and anxiety. Dr. Cass has been a very important part of his medical "team" for over 10 years. He is now a successful college student and athlete and is able to "fit in" with his peers without worrying about the social impacts of tics.

My youngest has a sleep disorder and severe anxiety and Dr. Cass has also helped her with her concerns. She is now able to do the things that she would like to do with having anxiety consume her

Dr. Cass has always listened to the concerns of both the child and the parent and proceeded along a course of treatment that was reasonable. We have never felt rushed at appointments and he has always been very available to contact via phone.

Dr. Cass has also helped intervene with school personnel to help my children receive reasonable accommodations.

Dr. Cass truly believes in treatment, not overmedication.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past
