They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
