They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them.
