There is only one woman there who I adore, Ann. Everyone else, especially Kristen, are rude and do not deal well with customers. All she did was snap her gum and made me feel like it was the most annoying task ordering my contacts. I really do not like this place at all and am trying to find someone else ASAP

tryng to make an appointment and the receptionist never answers the phone. By chance that you do get through, the appointment is made 2-3 MONTHS later. NO ONE told me that my daughters glasses are in, I had to make the call one MONTH LATER! I went to pick up glasses for my daughter at 9am and NO ONE was in the office. Finally the receptionist appears and asks for another 15 minutes so she can "settle in". No fitting for the glasses at all because the Doc does NOT come in until 1pm.
