Dr. Venuti is an excellent doctor I have been seeing him for almost 18 years now. The sad part is that the office Family Practice Associates has turned into a mill/business. The staff is so rude and uncompassionate. I was recently very ill and and a spinal migraine for 5 days with no real solutions. This office dropped the ball neumerous times charged me 20 per paper that needed to be filled out. Unfortuatlly I can not take the way I am treated here any longer and have deided to change my PCP it is a shame that anyone would have to deal with a front desk that treats patiens like they do. the girls have told me numerous times that it is my fault and I "should have" insead of giveing me the help that was needed. If youare late they charge you your just not see you at all, if you are short on copay they charge you up to 20 dollars more.
