Parking was easy, the waiting room was fine, the staff pleasant. The wait is downright ridiculous! There were people there that had waited oven an hour beyond their appointment and had called ahead to confirm the appointments were running on time--and were told to come on time! I waited over an hour but was an emergency case so I have no cause to gripe. The doctor is great if you can get past the brusque and somewhat arrogant and impersonal approach that, in my case, went something like: "In my 30-plus years of practice I've never seen such low tolerance for pain." Really? Some years ago I'd gotten bitten in the head by a rottweiler and the ER stapled the lacerations on my scalp without any anesthesia so I think I know what severe pain is. BUT! Within three hours of leaving this office I felt better, so, as a doctor, this guy is fabulous. I do think he failed the patient contact class, though--or forgat how along the way; if you can look past that, you're in good hands and should go and wait the full hour or more to see him.
