I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
I waited to be seen but my exam was complete, and the explanation of my test results was superb .

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

He is a great Doctor, very friendly. I am not american, so i do have some hard time expressing myself. He was very nice and his PA assistant too. They really spent sometime to know me better .The doctor is easy to reach in an emergency, he answered my call right away.

One of the best Doctors I've ever see. The office staff is very friendly and the wait time is much less than most doctors I've seen. They are incredibly thorough. I have never felt rushed out of the office no matter how late my appointment was. The doctor is very nice and makes sure every question is answered and that I understood everything.

I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

The doctor, nurses, and the physician assistant are very friendly and knowledgable. But the customer service from the receptionists was horrible. They act like they hate their job and just want the patients to go away. They never smile unless they are talking to each other, and they always give me a rude attitude and loud sighs when I have a question.
