They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

I never waited less than 1 hr. in the waiting room. It did not seem to matter the time of day; I tried early morning appointments to late afternoon appointments, and it was always a very long wait. When I finally got into an exam room, Dr. Grant never spent more than 5 minutes with me. After a year of being on Septra (an antibiotic normally used short-term to treat ear infections and bronchitis), I switched doctors.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
