The Doctors office has all these rules and fees. Don't be late! Make sure you go to your appointment or we'll charge you 50 bucks! Stand behind the line when checking in! Co-pay is due at the time you arrive!

Well I say bullshit! I spent my afternoon in the waiting room for an hour and a half at Dr. Lynn Amarante on Sheridan Drive in Williamsville, NY. And this isn't the first time. And my frustration was not alone. At least 6 other patients voiced their opinions in the small and crowded, seatless waiting room in Williamsville.

I'm sorry, but I fail to understand why we have such high insurance premiums, are restrained by their rules, governed by their schedules of being on time, but they don't have to be on time? Seriously?

Listen, I'm reasonable.  I expect like most to wait fifteen minutes, maybe even thirty. Hey I understand, other patients sometimes take longer than expected. But this defines ridiculous.

An hour and a half! I'm so bored I had time to write this post. What exactly is the point of setting an appointment time if you are so overbooked that your 3 o'clocks aren't seen until 4:30 or 5?

For anyone who is reading, save yourself and do not become a patient of Dr. Lynn Amarante. And if you know of a great Dermatologist in the Williamsville area, please send me a message. This is the LAST time I will ever see this Doctor, and if I hadn't already paid, I'd be OUTTA HERE!
