I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I would recommend Dr. Richardson. He is reserved and mild mannered which I think in this day and age of glamorizing loud, arrogant people seems not to be a respected quality but I wholeheartedly disagree.

I don't have to wait long in his office, and my appointments have never been cancelled. He has always taken care of my needs without difficulty.
