They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods.
