The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
