I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The office was easy enough to find. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all.

After initial evaluation, a surgery was to be scheduled at a hospital or surgery center. The staff could not schedule the surgery that day and I was to be contacted the next. I did not receive a call for several days. I contacted the office 3 times to get scheduled. On the third call the staff still tried to schedule an in office surgery which the doctor could not do based on my sons age. The end result was an associate of his was recommended to do the surgery since it was to be at a hospital and they did not forward any information to the new surgeon and I was to contact them myself to schedule the surgery. I would recommend avoiding the hassle and going to another Dr.’s Office
