This is regarding a botched surgery from years ago. nobody would answer my questions about the procedure until i disclosed my name and info, then they were rude explaining to me that i should have come in right away. I agree but i moved far away and only wanted to know why im having a problem now. I contacted them the day after my problem restarted. I guess this doctor doesn't warranty his work and tells his staff to mock former customers.
