I feel respected. They listen to my questions and concerns. They maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. It didn't matter how basic my question, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to me. They return my phone calls. I always know that I'll get a prompt, thoughtful answer to my question. My children are in good hands with Dr. Matusic. He did an exceptional job removing a splinter from under my 5 year old's fingernail, reassuring her the whole time.
