They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The greatis Thing about this Dr. Office is the extended hours and the week end hr and the number of Dr. in the group so we never have to waite

I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They had signs in the waiting room designating areas for "sick" and "well" children, but I didn't really notice anyone following it. It wasn't really enforced and the signs weren't that noticeable. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
