Every time I come here, Dr. Klotz always remembers me by name and greets me as soon as I walk in the door to her office, even if it's been months since my last appointment. The receptionist, not so much. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I only had to wait a few minutes - sometimes - after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, most of the time, which isn't a really big deal for me given the amount of time she spends with each patient and the fact that it's not a lot of time in the waiting room. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. One word of caution, however: they do not take self-pays.
