They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I could not find a website for them online apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I am the kind of person who doesnt like to wait in the waiting room in a Doctors office. If you schedule an appointment for me at a certain time I expect to be seen at that time. That it MY time that I set aside to see the Doctor. I understand emergencies happen when dealing with patients but the staff needs to communicate with the waiting patient on a regular basis when that patient's appointment time has been reached and is being exceeded. My time is precious too. A lot of Doctors dont flinch about leaving a patient waiting for 30 min, 45 min, 1 hr or more. That is unacceptable. KEEP YOUR WAITING PATIENT INFORMED IMMEDIATELY WHEN THEIR APPOINTMENT TIME IS BEING EXCEEDED. Doctors also have a tendancy to schedule multiple patients at the same time frame. You cant see more than one patient at a time so somebody will have to wait or you will be rushing from one patient to another and not giving them their time with you. We waited 30 minutes to see this Doctor. This is my only complaint with him. There were other patients in the waiting room with the same appointment time as me. As for the rest of my experience, He is a great Doctor, very personable and caring towards his patients and he knows his stuff.
