When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Their office equipment seems fairly current. I was comfortable with it. It is difficult as any new patient knows to start with a new physician. I really had no choice but to go back to this office after being away for 2 years. Just prior to me leaving the practice fell apart and the best doctors left. My Doctor, Dr. Buduc was amazing. Now what is left is an office run by nurses. If they don't like you, you have to fight tooth and nail to get anything done. They refused one of my medications, prefering that I got it from a psychiatrist, however the Dr. they recomended me to required $400.00. I waited almost 2 weeks for my Spriva, for COPD. Now needing a breathing treatment and antibotics, I was referred to the emergency room. One of the nurses changed the dose of my high blood pressure medication from 2 to 4 times a day. She said it was a mistake. There was also an error at the same time with a Cymbalta RX. I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. On the initial blood work, they failed to even check my cholesterol level. This office does not call to remind you about appointments like ever other office in the United States. They send you a written reminder. Too bad if you don't open your mail. You must wait weeks to see Dr. Cheever himself and there is only one P.A. to my knowledge. I was also sent a letter about an over due balance. $61.00 was to be paid or I was ordered to find another doctor. Maybe they don't like my looks, my medicare, or that I advocate for myself and hold them accountable for providing me good health care. I would not recommend this office for anything more serious than a cold.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Dr. Cheever is great and really gets to the source of the problem in the past I have had a problem with the Nurses refilling perscriptions in a timely manner. other than that great service
