I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Dr. Powell and his entire staff are caring and giving people. I have used several pediatricians with my children and grandchildren and I have found this group of people to be some of the best to work with.

I would recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a pediatrician.
