They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Dr. McQueen is such a wonderful doctor. I wish he was a pediatrician so that my daughter get to see him for everything...he's so caring and nice and he's is great at what he does!

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was so relieved when they offered me a remedy for my condition.Before I knew it I was feeling better. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
