I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I hated that their phone kept ringing during my appointment. I wish they had silenced their cell phone because it was really annoying. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
