Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. went for many visit for multiple hand warts as in 30 / child was puking form pain from freezing studnet doctor there . did not really acre the attitude of the studnet ask several times to see doctor cooper. finally got to see her and then changed doctors.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
