There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
