I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

This guy left me high and dry on pain medication I had been on for years after a consultation , and said he couldn't write a prescription until he got my records. Then I find out according to Ohio State Law after seeing a Pain Management Doctor, your PCP can no longer write scripts for pain meds. So I was left to suffer cold turkey and had withdrawal symptoms with vomitting and diahrrea for days, and missed 3 days of work. He does not return phone calls, flat out. The nurse told me he would not call me. I will give him one more chance, but what the heck is the consultation for if he hasn't already gotten your records and can't help you??? Not impressed, if he doesn't surprise me the next appointment I'll be severing ties with this arrogant Dr. altogether. Make sure you have plenty of meds before you see this guy if you even want to bother seeing him at all!!!
