Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
