Wait time is the least of my concern when the quality of care is superior. However, Our appointments always start on time. Home like atmosphere in waiting room makes short wait always turn social with other patients. Due to my disables sister's serious eye condition, we are in the waiting room several times a year. Feels like a living room not a waiting room.

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
