They were so friendly. Dr. Wilkins was telling my 5-year-old all he knows about dinosaurs and that make my kid feel oh so special. Dr. Wilkins was actually refered by a friend of mine and they find my skin problem right away, just as my friend have said it. The staff was very understanding 'cause my first language is not english, they make me feel they were putting all their heart to communicate with me.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
