They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Recommending them to someone would be like a punishment. I wouldn't want to give them any more business! This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

Yes, I had to wait forever.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
Did this provider show attention to detail?
Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
