They mixed up paperwork for my UA and then the urine sample, took it out of the biohazzard bag, opened it without gloves and then relabeled it. They gave me paperwork with someone elses name and social security#. HUGE HIPPA VIOLATIONS!!!!! I failed the UA and am not under the influence of anything but their mistakes. Perhaps they got someone elses urine considering they opened up a differently labeled container and put my name on it.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
