He specializes in hormone replacement therapy. He got very upset with me because I didn't want to start this yet and I tried to ask questions instead of blindly doing as told.

This dr is not an endocrinologist, he is an ob/gyn dr, had hysterectomy performed by this dr in 1998, it is considered major surgery ; did well, discharged over the phone my this dr (did not care enough to come see me at SMMC ) yet felt comfortable to go back and write any entry in my medical records dated the day after surgery as though he had come to visit me, I don't know what most people call that but I call that fraudulent documentation. Also had to pay my insurance company back a couple hundred dollars; Not a dr I would go back to .

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They always remember me personally and Dr. Battmer is always willing to answer any questions I have. He will take as much time as you need, I never feel rushed in our out. He is very concerned about your over all health.
