I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I couldn't believe how inconsiderate they were to my kids. They really make all you feel uninformed and inexperienced. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
