They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
