I have read the other reviews and want to say that I have upmost respect for the office staff and have found them to always take more time for my phone calls and concerns than any other place I have visited. They are ALWAYS professional and helpful and most importantly informative.Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Every single one of my questions were answered during the appointment. I was so relieved that they were able to give me so much useful information. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt rushed at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I have been seeing Dr. McCoy since 1995. My only complaint is actually with his staff. Everytime I call for a perscription refill they are rude and sometimes even mean. I realize the medication I call for is restricted, but I have no choice but to take it. I can't help everything that is wrong with me. They treat me like some slimeball drug addict. It really hurts to be treated that way by two older women who should be more sensitive to their patients feelings. I wouldn't normally post anything negative, but those women have been cruel to me one too many times. I am perscribed medication for a real medical condition. Why do they have to treat me so terrible? I am considering changing doctors because I just can't take it anymore. I tired of feeling my self confidence hit the floor everytime I call.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
