The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Dr Brill is the best I have seen. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Dr Brill takes care of the problem with swift action and I always leave feel so much better and problem is resolved.
