Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are but Dr May has a large group of patients each day and that is understandable with a skin doctor. I only go a few times a year to see him. He's a very good doctor and knew when I had one problem that he thought I should get a second open @ Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He didn't waste my time or my skin. I highly recommend Dr. May.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
