The worst part about this practice is the limited hours Dr Ramatowski is very understanding and shows concern and offers solutions to help, she is one of the best Drs I've been to in a long time. She genuinely cares about her patients.

Sometimes the physicians can be a little crabby, but she is an extremely concerned person and is very thorough in examinations. She never jumps to any conclusion, and wants to look at every possibility before assuming the worst. She is helpful when it comes to understanding what medication she is prescribing to you, which I really appreciate.

The staff is fairly unfriendly. They act like it is the biggest inconvenience to help you and appear as if your condition or complaints are trivial. The receptionist is friendly, but the other staff really isn't.
