It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. When in their care, I feel like I'm important, not an obstacle.

They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods (I came to Dr. Bodrero for hormone therapy - he knew the basics, but refused to try newer programs/methods. I eventually had to quit seeing him because I wasn't getting the treatment I needed). The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I will absolutely return. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Keith is rarely there, that I've seen, but his staff is efficient, we are hardly ever kept waiting long, and knows what they are doing. They have been fully capable of helping us with whatever concerns we had over the years. Our children love their Dr.'s appointments and have no fear thanks to their kind natures.
