There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
