I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them.
