Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I really appreciated that Dr. Gannon doesn't "talk down" to his patients. He feeds you information in accordance with your own knowledge and educates you if you don't know something. He's efficient and has a great bedside manner. Really like this doctor. Didn't have to wait long after I arrived for my appointment and have usually been able to get an appt. fairly quickly. They return my phone calls quickly as well.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
