I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were supposed to be one of the best in their field.They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated.. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them.Unfortunately the Doctor talked over me and did not listen to what I had to say. I got the distinct feeling that I was not a patient he could care about.He was condiscending and his reactions were odd.

Dr. Monder paid close attention to Melody (the patient) and all of our questions were answered (Melody was accompanied by both parents). The staff people were friendly and welcoming -- both on the phone and in the office. They were warm and professional. Also, the other doctor who had originally referred Melody to Dr. Monder, told us that Dr. Chet Monder was the best endocrinologist in town. Now we feel confident in the care being provided.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. The doctor was friendly enough during our appointment. I wasn't too impressed with their manner. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. THEY NEVER RETURN YOUR PHONE CALL IN A TIMELY MANNER. IT TAKES THE DR> @ WEEKS TO RETN A CALL DESPITE CALLING SIX TIMES!!!!!!!!!!
