They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
