I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Their office looked clean and tidy. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. I received quick, professional attention and top-of-the-line treatment. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
