I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. . There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

JUST AN UPDATE....so I finally took my son to see his new doctor after being told after the conflick with the medical assistant staff at Olympic Family Practice about getting my sons medication for ADD, and asking them why the prescription didn't state that he had 3 month's worth of refills like the Nurse told me she put on the precription after I was so rudely told that there is no way in hell that they would do that. That I just recieved a 2 month supply from my sons new doctor.....

so to make a long story short, I went through all that disrepect and unprofessionalism for being an concerd parent and asking questions about my son's medicine to only be asked to leave and find a new provider for no reason at all!

This is by far blows me out of the waters! I have been a patient there for years and my mother use to go there as well and never had I ever been treated that way until my son was put on a narcotic for my son's ADD, which I wasn't aware of until the day that I was so rudely miss treated by the staff at olympic Family Practice.

I would never recommend this place to anyone! I think that they sure have address this matter differently. Maybe by correcting the acting of the staff, just in case this situtation ever happens again.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
