I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me.

The staff here, especially Dr. Lovell were very focused on my needs. I'll definitely be going back. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The treatment did ease my pain.
