They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.

They are the best. I have never been to any professional's office and felt so welcome and cared about. I now live about 50 minutes away from them but still prefer to go see them when I need chiropractic care. Dr. Vance has also adjusted my son from the day I brought him home from the hospital. My son has hardly ever been sick. He has been very healthy because of his regular adjustments.
