The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They had quite a few interesting magazines.
